Yes! Stay is completely free for tenants. Browse, message landlords, and book — all at no cost. Landlords can also list for free during our launch period.

Stay is currently live in Masvingo. Harare and Bulawayo are coming soon.

Once you find a property you like, tap 'Book Now' to submit a booking request. The landlord will review and confirm your booking. You'll receive a notification once confirmed.

In-app payments via EcoCash and other local methods are coming soon. For now, coordinate payments directly with your landlord. Always meet your landlord in person before transferring any money.

Cancellation policies vary by listing. Check the specific property's cancellation policy before booking. Most listings offer free cancellation within 24 hours.

Download the Stay app, create an account, and tap 'List Property'. Upload photos, add details, set your price, and publish. Your listing goes live once completed.

Listing on Stay is completely free during our launch period. We may introduce optional premium features in the future.

All hosts are phone-verified. Listings can be reported by the community if they contain inaccurate information. We investigate every report.
